Am I obliged to book a room?

Accepted Answer

No, not at all! While we'd love to stay with you on the property, we can certainly understand why you'd consider exploring other accommodations in the area. We also only have a limited number of rooms available, so don't wait too long to RSVP and/or book something yourself in the area!

Are my children welcome at the wedding weekend?

Accepted Answer

We absolutely love children, but for our wedding weekend, we've chosen to keep it adults-only . This way, all guests can enjoy a relaxed and enjoyable weekend. Children from our immediate family (such as Elise's or Alan's siblings' children) are, of course, welcome, but we ask for your understanding that it's a child-free weekend. We want to make it a grown-up party, and how wonderful it is to be able to enjoy yourself without having to watch your children!

I want to plan my summer vacation around it, can I book a room for a longer period?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, this isn't possible. Borgo di Tragliata hosts many weddings during peak season, so we were only able to reserve rooms for two nights. If you'd like to continue your trip, there are plenty of places to stay in the surrounding area!

What gift should I bring?

We're already thrilled that you're coming to celebrate with us this weekend and that you're taking the time to book your trip and accommodations. That's why we think it's perfectly understandable that you don't bring a gift. If you would still like to bring a gift, we'd appreciate it in the form of a contribution to our wedding or honeymoon.

Is there a dress code?

On Friday evening, July 31st, we'll kick off the weekend with a pizza night for everyone staying overnight at the venue. The atmosphere will be relaxed and summery, with a nod to both Italy and the Netherlands: Azzurro & Oranje .Think light, elegant outfits (linen, cotton, or satin) with a touch of blue (azzurro) or orange/terracotta, like a scarf or belt, for example. The most important thing is that everyone feels comfortable and enjoys pizza, wine, and a long summer evening together to kick off the weekend!For the wedding on August 1st, we're using the Tenue de Ville dress code. This means festive and stylish, fitting for a special day. For men, we're thinking of a formal suit or jacket with trousers, a shirt, and a tie or bow tie. For women, we prefer long, festive, and elegant dresses. Visit this website for practical information .

No problem, you can easily submit your request using the RSVP form on this website! The professional kitchen on site will take care of everything.

What does the program look like?

We'd like to keep the program partly a surprise and will share further details on location. However, we can already share the highlights with you:Friday, July 31 : Pizza night for overnight guests, starting at 7 p.m.Saturday, August 1 : The ceremony starts around 6:00 PMYou'll receive all other information during the weekend itself. This way, we can relax and enjoy each other's company without a strict schedule.

Wil je graag een speech geven?

Natuurlijk vinden we het ontzettend leuk als iemand iets wil zeggen tijdens ons huwelijk. Tegelijkertijd willen we de dag graag ontspannen houden en voldoende tijd hebben om samen met al onze gasten te eten, drinken, lachen en dansen.
Daarom hebben we bewust ruimte voor slechts een beperkt aantal speeches. Wil je graag iets delen? Laat het dan vooraf even aan Alan of Elise weten.
