Love for Italy & hospitality
We met in the spring of 2017 at a client event at the Beurs van Berlage in the heart of Amsterdam. Elise was working there as a starter after hotel school. Alan worked at a luxury hotel and was invited to the client event.
Was it love at first sight? No, but their interest in Italy and hospitality was an instant match! Elise, for example, didn't believe Alan was Italian until he started speaking fluently to her. Then she was left speechless for a moment...

Soon after, we had our first date in a luxurious Italian restaurant in Amsterdam, followed by several salsa lessons, a dog (Gioia) and suddenly, 8 years had passed!
On July 27, 2025, Alan finally got down on his knees in Sardinia (he still suffers from it).
What a surprise—on to our dream wedding in Italy! La dolce vita!

Mocht je je zomervakantie willen uitbreiden dan begrijpen we dat je lekker met de auto komt! Er zijn voldoende parkeerplekken op locatie. Vanuit Utrecht is het c.a. 16 uur rijden naar onze trouwlocatie.
Aeroplane
We recommend flying from Schiphol or Eindhoven to Rome Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci Airport. This is the closest airport to the accommodation (a 25-minute drive). We recommend arriving by rental car or taxi.
